0939823647 2017-02-27 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack and the production valves were in the open position. The tank battery is labeled as sharing production equipment with PN# 21324 & 21327 and consists of one 210 bbl production tank. I did not locate the meter run for the well. The load line to the tanks production valve was equipped with a locks and plug. The dike surrounding the tank battery was in good repair. Proper identification was posted at the well and tank battery.
1176180855 2014-07-11 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up on Complaint #4675. The wellhead is operating with the aid of an electric pumping unit. There were no issues with this well in the complaint. The well is producing through a horizontal separator to a 210 barrel tank. The tank battery is diked and there is a meter run located inside the tank battery. I spoke with Mr. Thompson and he is satisfied with the work that has been done. This complaint has been resolved. No violations.
1797122202 2017-07-24 Production Wells No Violations The well is located with an electrically-driven pump jack and the production valves were in the open position. The tank battery is labelled as sharing production equipment with PN# 21289 & 21324 and consists of one 210 bbl production tank. Identification was posted at the well and tank battery The dike surrounding the tank battery was in good repair and the load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug There was approximately two inches of standing water inside part sofa the dike which I rested using a low-range QuanTab which concluded in a reading of 146 ppm. A meter run with a current chart, a vertical separator, and one 100 bbl production tank was located adjacent to the well. CHECK IF IN USE
