1104853853 2014-07-11 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up on Complaint #4675. The wellhead is operating with the aid of an electric pumping unit. The old tank battery has been dismantled and the damaged 210 barrel tank has been removed and the area has been cleaned up. There is a horizontal separator, drip bottle and meter run in the location of the old tank battery. This well now produces to a 210 barrel tank in a rebuilt tank battery near the lease road entrance. I spoke with Mr. Thompson and he is satisfied with the work that has been done. This complaint has been resolved. No violations.
1500904568 2017-07-24 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery is labelled as sharing production equipment with permit numbers (21323 & 21324) and consists of one 210 bbl production tank. I did not locate a separator or meter run at the location of the tank battery. Identification was posted at the well and tank battery The dike surrounding the tank battery was in good repair and the load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug.
2130803953 2014-05-08 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up to Complaint #4675. I was on location with Inspector Bucksar and landowner Todd Thompson to observe operations. Geoff Findlay (Banjo Contracting) was removing the impacted soil from within the dike and was rebuilding the dike walls to meet SPCC Regulations. There is one 210 barrel tank inside the dike that will be used for this well and the #11 well (PN#21342). A Petrox employee was heading up to remove the 2 bad tanks near each of these wellheads. I will check back later on the progress. This complaint will continue until the requiired work is done.
