1645860959 2005-08-30 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On site to witness the bottom hole plug thru the 1 1/2 tubing . Goimg to have Omega break circulation and then pump the bottom plug . Interden service rig was pulling on the tubing because they found that the tubing was hung in the hole . While pulling on the tubing it parted app. 10 feet down hole . They went back in and tagged the top of it but didnt get screwed back onto the tubing . Rig operator (Phil) advised Omega that they might as well leave location because they wouldnt be doing any plugging today .
2007962021 2005-09-01 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Interden rig crew on site with fishing tools . Ran fishing tools into the well and got ahold of the 1 1/2 tubing . With the rig in 5th gear and idling , they pulled the tubing up and set it in the slips . John Hudson arrived on site to shoot off the tubing . He tried several times to get the shot tool down the tubing . The even tied a sucker rod on the bottom of the shot tool to give it more weight , but it still wouldnt go down the tubing . They tried until app. 7:30 pm to get down the tubing , but could only get to 1663. John advised that he wasnt going to try to get down the tubing anymore . I advised that they needed to get the tubing out of the well before they could pump the bottom hole plug .
