0052086747 2018-11-28 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with a pumping unit. No violations were observed at the time of inspection.
0213443815 2015-06-23 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of this well. The well was equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. The pumpjack was damaged and unhooked at the hinges. It was not capable of pumping. Weathered, oil-stained soil surrounded the well head, and there was some fresh oil around the stuffing box. The pumpjack contained no belt guard. Proper identification was posted. The lease road to the well head was overgrown and in poor repair. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel production tank and one underground steel brine vault. The dike was in good repair. Proper identification was posted at the storage tank. I spoke to Don Himes, pumper for Enervest. Enervest is aware of the broken pumpjack, and plans are being made for it to be repaired or replaced.
0285746697 2016-02-03 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a follow-up inspection of this well. The damaged pumping unit has been removed and replaced with a working electrically-powered pumpjack. The well was producing at the time of inspection. No leaks were detected at the well. Proper identification was posted at the well and tank battery. No changes had been made to the tank battery since my last inspection on 08/03/2015.
0388071399 2015-08-03 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of this well on the status of the underground steel brine tank which was to be removed. The underground steel brine tank had been removed and the soil within the dike remediated. The tank battery now consists of one 210 barrel production tank. The production valves on the tank were equipped with plugs. The dike surrounding the tank battery was in good repair.
