Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1431369755 2015-07-27 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection of this well in response to Complaint #3934 pertaining to the well being incapable of production. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. The polish rod was lubricated and the production valves were in the open position. The tank battery consisted of one 210-bbl production tank, one heater treater, a drip bottle, and one vertical separator. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike. The meter run was located at the intersection of Halo and Bark Run Roads and contained an active meter chart. Proper identification was posted at the well and tank battery. A review of production records in the State database shows the last reported production for the well was in 2014 and was 123 bbls of oil and 331 mcf of gas. The well is capable of production and is producing. The complaint can be closed.
1441047470 2015-05-11 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection of this well in response to complaint #3934. The well is located in a pasture. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. The production valves were in the open position. The identification sign to the well contained no permit number. The lease road was in good repair. The well appears to be capable of production, but I was unable to locate the tank battery or gas meter at the time of inspection. I spoke to the pumper for this well, Frank Perriano to have a proper identification posted. He informed me that the well does produce and is on an electric timer.
