1051731519 | 2007-05-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspect the wellsite for the Huff Run Watershed Project . Inspection revealed no violations at this time . The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl oil storage tanks and a buried cement brine storage tank. The SPCC dike is adequate at this time . |
1086713981 | 2018-09-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a gas-powered pumping unit. The landowner contacted the Division in 2015 stating the well was not in production and that could smell a gas odor from the well/ tank battery. A follow-up inspection in 2015 indicated no issues. At the time of this inspection, I detected no natural gas odor. The well appeared to be in production and oil production was reported for 2017. No violations were observed at the well or tank battery at the time of inspection. |
1360455443 | 2016-03-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well in response to a call from the landowner into the DOGRM New Philadelphia office stating the well is not in production and there was a noticeable gas odor. I met the landowner on site during my inspection. The well is equipped with a gas-powered pumpjack. The production valves were in the open position. The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl production tanks, one vertical separator, and one underground brine vault. I could not locate any leaks around the well or tank battery. Proper identification is posted a the well and tank battery. The lease road is stable and drivable. I contacted Joe Evans, pumper for Enervest and asked that he check the well for any leaks, and repair any if found. I also asked that the production tanks be emptied if the well is not currently in production. Enervest last reported production of 97 bbls in 2014. The productions records for 2015 have not yet been reported. |
1460572873 | 2016-03-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | I received a call from Joe Evans, pumper for Enervest, at 330-365-7091 stating that he checked the well per my request, and could not locate any leaks. He also informed me that there is no pressure at the well. I followed up on site. No gas was detected by the PHD6 gas detector. The well does not appear to be in production, but the well is currently in compliance as 97 bbls of oil were reported by the operator in 2014. I checked the well and tank battery again for any leaks, and none were detected at the time of inspection. |
