1556801365 2019-05-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness a mine string cement job. Falcon 39 drilled a 24-inch diameter borehole and Wyoming Casing crew ran the 18.625-inch diameter casing to 368-feet. The rig floor was 14 feet and there was 2.7 feet of stick up. A coal mine was experienced during the drilling process from 317-feet to 328-feet. A cement basket was set at 282-feet and 278-feet. Schlumberger Cementing plumed up to the 18.625-inch casing and pumped 50 barrels of fresh water, 40 barrels of 6 percent gel, and 88 barrels of cement. A cement sample was pulled and weighed in pressurized mud scales confirming the weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon. The plug was dropped and displaced with 99 barrels of displacement. 30 barrels of cement returned to surface. After landing the plug the pressure was increased 500 pounds per square inch and held for 5 minutes. The floats held and 1 barrel was bled back to the truck.
