1533589273 2018-08-06 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Falcon Rig 26 had drilled the 24-inch diameter hole to a depth of 501 feet. Wyoming Casing crew ran 493 feet of 18.625-inch diameter J 55 casing at 87.5 pound per foot, with 3.2 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 13 feet above ground level. Cement basket was set at 430 feet. Falcon Rig 26 established circulation with 200 barrels of fresh water. C&J Energy Services was on site and rigged up their cement head, loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 1500 pounds per square inch. C&J Energy Services pumped a 35-barrel gel spacer, washed up and then pumped 189 barrels 885 sacks of 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack Class A cement mixed with 5.25 gallons of water per sack. Cement was displaced with 142 barrels of fresh water, plug was bumped at 280 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 830 pounds per square inch floats held with .25 barrels of flow back. Circulation was lost at 120 barrels into displacement. Cement level was determined to be at 36 feet from surface. Falcon Rig 26 then ran 1-inch diameter tubing down the annulus of the 18.625-inch diameter casing and tagged cement at 36 feet, Falcon 26 then pulled tubing back to 30 feet and chained down tubing. C&J Energy Services then pumped 15 barrels of cement through the 1- inch diameter tubing with cement 5 barrels of good cement to surface.
1533774712 2018-08-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Falcon Rig 26 had drilled the 17.5-inch diameter well bore to total depth of 1868 feet. Wyoming Casing crew ran 1857 feet of 13.375-inch diameter J 55 casing at 61 pounds per foot, with 3.8 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 13 feet above ground level. Falcon Rig 26 established circulation with 320 barrels of fresh water. C&J Energy Services was on site and rigged up their cement head, loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 2000 pounds per square inch. C&J Energy Services pumped a 35-barrel gel spacer, washed up and then pumped 333.4 barrels 1575 sacks of 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.19 cubic feet per sack Class A cement mixed with 5.24 gallons of water per sack. Cement was displaced with 275.5 barrels of fresh water with 25 barrels of good cement to surface. Plug was bumped at 900 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 1450 pounds per square inch, floats held with 2 barrels of flow back.
1950358240 2018-08-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with the A section of the well head. The cellars had been cemented up to the A section of the well head, and identification tags had been placed on top of the well head. Ascent Resources Drilling Coordinator Doug Bennett informed me that Patterson UTI 584 would be moving on location after it finishes in Jefferson County. There were no violations at the time of my inspection.
