Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-1050114757 2018-7-2 0:00:0 CS No Violations 6.50

1050114757 2018-07-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Pioneer Rig 71 had drilled cement inside of the 13.375 inch diameter casing from 274 feet to 1605 feet with a 12.25 inch diameter tri-cone bit. Pioneer Rig 71 loaded the hole with fresh water and performed a 30 minute hydrostatic test, with zero losses. KLX Energy Services was on location and rigged up their cement bond log tools and ran into the 13.375 inch diameter casing to 1605 feet where they tagged cement, KLX then ran a cement bond log from 1605 feet to surface. Upon review of the cement bond log Top of Cement appeared to be around 850 feet. Pioneer Rig 71 ran 592 feet of 1.5-inch diameter tubing down the back side of the 13.375 inch diameter casing to perform cement top off. Stingray arrived on location and rigged up their cement lines, and established circulation with 5 barrels of fresh water. Stingray pumped 105 barrels, 493 sacks, of 15.6 pound per gallon Class A cement with a yield of 1.196 cubic feet per sack. Cement returns to surface at 100 barrels, with 5 barrels of good cement to surface. Calculated annular capicity was 108.6 barrels. I informed Gulfport company man Jeff McNeil and drilling superintendent Scott Treadway that the 13.375 inch diameter casing must remain static until cement reaches 500 pounds per square inch compressive strength.
1530595426 2018-07-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Pioneer Rig 71 had tripped in the hole and tagged cement at 274 feet inside the 13.375 inch diameter casing. The 13.375 inch diameter casing was set at 1668 feet with centralizers every third joint. Company man Jeff McNeil informed me that they plan to drill cement to 1605 feet and perform two soap sweeps to clean hole. They then plan to load the hole and perform a 30 min hydrostatic test. Jeff McNeil informed me that after the hydrostatic test they will run a cement bond log to determine the top of cement. Gulfport plans to run in 1 inch diameter tubing and perform a cement top off. Jeff McNeil Informed me that they had approximately 1000 feet of 1 inch diameter tubing on location and he would get me a final tally once the pipe had been measured.
