--inch diameter 118.65 pound per foot Conductor Pipe, with 2 feet of stick up. Petroset was on location rigged up their cement lines and performed a 400 pound per square inch pressure test, gained circulation with 5 barrels of fresh water and cemented pipe with 315 sacks of class A cement with 2% Calcium Chloride and .25 pound per sack of poly flake with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.18 cubic foot per sack. Cement weight was verified by mud scales, Cement was displaced to 90 feet with 74.8 barrels of fresh water, with 12 barrels of good cement to surface. Mix water was tested revealing 45 parts per million chlorides, with a PH of 6.5 and 70 degrees.

1551204711 2019-02-26 Final Restoration No Violations Status check inspection found the well borehole was lost during the drilling of the surface section and plugged to abandon. Company representative Doug Bennett indicated he submitted the form 55 however the document is not present in the well file. 2 Additional wells are present on the pad that were drilled but not completed.
