1513551254 | 2017-12-17 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1615 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 298 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1605 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 43 feet long. O-tex was onsite with 1360 sacks of class H cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 237 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 63 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. |
1517339622 | 2018-01-30 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Pioneer 77 just reached their total depth of 18583 with an 8.5 inch diameter hole. They will clean up hole and trip out. Compnay man believes they will be cementing the 5.5 inch diameter production casing by Friday. Containment appears to be functioning as necessary. Containment around shale shakers was recently pressure washed. |
