0256587478 | 2018-07-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection fount the well drilling and completion process now complete and the well head equipped with a lower A section and upper B section, riser pipes with gauges installed are present on both sections to monitor annular pressure. The pressure on the 13.375 (A) section which is the pressure between the 13.375 and 9.625 diameter casing strings is 600 pounds per square inch (psi) The pressure on the 9.625 well head (B) section which is the pressure between the 9.625 and 5.5 diameter casing strings is 50 psi. The 5.5 diameter casing is shut in. The well head assembly is equipped with a tubing head assembly with an emergency shut down device installed in the sales line downstream from the manual master valves. The sales line and well head is shut in and the wells are not producing on the pad at this time. Downstream from the well head assembly is the production equipment consisting of a gas processing unit along with a production fluid tank farm consisting of (4) steel construction 400 barrel capacity tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. The well pad is protected by an earthen berm and there are fire extinguishers situated at all critical points on the well pad. |
0681723641 | 2017-07-27 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 795 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1674 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 160 feet. Wyonming casing ran 1679 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Casing was centralizer with 18 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. Stingray was onsite with 1300 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 252 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 52 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. |

1502818167 | 2017-08-15 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the current well drilling process found Patterson Drilling rig 795 on location and currently running in the hole with a 12.250 PDC drill bit at 3,500. Recently while drilling the 2nd intermediate well bore on air at a measured depth of 8,078 and a true vertical depth of 8,014 the company experienced a large amount of gas from the top of the Queenstown formation. At that point the drill string also separated down hole. The company initially attempted unsuccessfully to kill the well with 9.3 pound per gallon brine water. After those efforts failed the brine water weight and viscosity was increased with Barite to 12.9 pound per gallon and a viscosity of 51. the drill string was then fished out of the hole and the company will complete this section of the well bore on fluid with a proposed depth of 9,091. The measurements are taken from a drilling rig Kelly bushing heigth of 30 above ground level. The drilling rig and support equipment is placed on polymer containment. |
1797483728 | 2017-07-26 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I arrived on location at 20:00 on 07/25/2017 to witness the mine string cement job with Nomac Drilling rig 137 on location along with Franks Casing Service and Stingray Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 24 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 160 measured off of a drilling rig Kelly bushing heigth of 30 above grade level. A mine void rubble zone was struck between the depths of 122 to 130. Upon reaching total depth the rig pulled the drill string and ran the 18.625 diameter 87.5 pound per foot J-55 Grade Buttress thread casing with a float shoe ran on bottom and a float collar ran in the string at 115, 3 casing centralizers were ran and a cement basket set on the string at 75.61. The last casing joint was attempted to be circulated into the well bore with no circulation achieved to surface. The company then proceeded to pump the bottom balance job below the mine void consisting of a 63 barrel cement mix with 300 sacks of class A cement with 2% calcium chloride and .25 pound per sack flow seal (loss circulation material). The cement was displaced to the float collar with 35 barrels of fresh water and the casing pressure tested to 650 psi, 500 psi over displacement for 5 minutes upon the landing of the plug. At 25 barrels into a total of 35 barrels of displacement cement returns were witnessed to surface. The cement inside the casing closest to the well head was weighed and verified by weight of scale at 15 pound per gallon. The company men on location were instructed to verify the top of cement did not fall back down the hole. This will be verified when the 3rd party welding contractors cut the casing off and assemble the lower well head stack. Off location at 2:30 am on 07/26/2017. |
2093376641 | 2018-10-23 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation established and erosion control in place. The well pad and lease road is stone construction and in good repair. Signage is posted at the entry point of the lease road and on each well head. Hazard signage is posted at the production facility. There is a gate across the lease road. There is a EQT midstream facility along the lease road at the right front corner of the well pad. The well has been drilled and completed and has 2.875 L-80 tubing installed in it to a depth of 10,184. Express Energy flow back service is on location rigging up and the well is slated to be put into the initial stages of production on 10/31/2018. There is a total of (6) 500 barrel flow back tanks being set for the flow back operation. |
