1500342623 2017-07-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1525 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string to a depth of 214 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1515 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralizer with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. O-tex was onsite with 1330 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50 % excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 220 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 85 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1.5barrels back. Mix water has pH of 8, <31 ppm chlorides and ~70 degrees Fahrenheit.
