0165494955 2016-11-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Falcon Rig 26 was drilling out the float collar and the cement inside the 18.625 to perform a hydrostatic shoe test. The hydro test was performed and was successful. Inspector Joe Zollars was present for the test as well.
0924055654 2018-06-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing gauge read 165 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Line Heater, Sand Separator, and Gas Processing unit. There are 2- 500 barrel stock tanks shared with 34013211030000, 34013210940000, 34013211280000, 34013211930000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.

1480430542 2016-11-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Falcon Rig 26 had reached a total depth of 346 in the 24 open hole section of the well bore. No mine void was encountered but circulation could not be established. The 18.625 casing was ran to total depth. Allied Cementing was on location and pumped 770 sacks of Class H Cement. Circulation could not be established. Allied pumped 586 sacks of Class H cement from the basket to surface and established cement returns.
1493904778 2017-05-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations In a previous inspection, during the drilling operations, this well was marked to have a violation. The violation is an error and there was no violation noted. The violation box should not have been checked. That inspection will now be marked resolved.
