0068776238 2017-10-11 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains two 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records for this well are current to 2017 within RBDMS.
0387846488 2018-01-09 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area. This report shall serve as a correction of the previous inspection report that stated there are two 400-barrel holding tanks. Upon further review and evaluation, the production area contains two 500-barrel production fluid storage tanks. The production reports for this well are current to 2017.

2138559709 2018-08-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations On site inspection found the well site perimeter boundary protected by an 8 chain link fence, the lease road also is gated with signage at the lease road and well pad entry points. The lease road and well pad are of stone surface construction and in good repair. On the front right corner of the well pad is a 3rd party midstream contractor pipeline access station point. The tank battery is at the right rear corner and consists of (2) 500 barrel steel construction tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is also (3) gas processing units present on the well pad one for each well present. Addressing the said well- the well is equipped with a lower A and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes equipped with valves and gauges to monitor annular pressure. The A section gauge which monitors the pressure between the 9.625 and 13.375 casing strings shows 300 pounds pressure and the B section gauge which monitors the pressure between the 5.5 and 9.625 diameter casing strings shows 150 pounds pressure also. The internal pressure on the 5.5 diameter casing string is 1,100 pounds per square inch (psi) and the production flow line pressure is 1,100 psi. The well is producing off the production tree with an emergency shut down (ESD) valve present and multiple control point for the ESD situated on the pad at critical locations including the well pad entry point outside the fence.
