0820068264 2018-02-06 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well is free flowing as it does not appear to have any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area. The production area contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The production records within RBDMS are current to 2017.
0977405294 2016-09-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on drilling operations. During my inspection the rig was at a depth of 2887 feet. I was accompanied by ODNR inspector Andrew Corder.

1437157271 2018-06-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 250 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing gauge read 100 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and Gas Processing Unit. There are 4- 400 barrel stock tanks and a 50 barrel produced water tank shared with 34013210030000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
1473258108 2016-09-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During this site visit I was accompanied by Inspector Austin Gutridge. Pioneer 73 was on site drilling in the 12.25 open hole section @ 2887. Once total depth is reached the 9.625 casing will be ran and cemented.
1474299399 2016-09-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations

-Tex cement services is standing by to cement the casing and the casing will be rotated during cementing using a Blackhawk Service rotating cement head.
