0207945869 2015-11-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site to witness running of surface casing Pioneer Rig 71 drilled to a depth of 1524 and they ran 1524 of 13.375 casing and Calfrac cemented it in place with 1350 sacks of Class A cement and they had 35 bbl. of good cement returns to surface and it stayed up good.

Measurements were taken from KB.-25substructure.

0210361849 2018-07-31 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found that there are 4 wells present and in operation on the well pad. The pad surface and lease road is of stone construction and in good repair. The pad entrance is gated and locked with signage posted at the end of the lease road along with identification on each well head, the production tanks are also hazard labeled. Master emergency shut down well control devices are situated at the entry point of the well pad as well as at the production fluid storage area and at the well head and gas processing areas. The well head is equipped with a lower A section and upper B section, riser pipes with gauges installed are present on both sections to monitor annular pressure. The pressure on the 13.375 (A) section which is the pressure between the 13.375 and 9.625 diameter casing strings is 80 pounds per square inch (psi) The pressure on the 9.625 well head (B) section which is the pressure between the 9.625 and 5.5 diameter casing strings is 650 psi. The 5.5 diameter casing pressure is 1,000 psi. The well head assembly is equipped with a tubing head assembly and 2 manual master valves along with a emergency shut down device in the sales line downstream from the manual master valves. The sales line pressure is zero psi due to EQT midstream working on their midstream production facility just off the well pad. Downstream from the well head assembly is the production equipment consisting of a gas processing unit. On the back right corner of the well pad is the production fluid tank farm consisting of (4) steel construction 400 barrel capacity tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. The well pad is protected by an earthen berm and there are fire extinguishers situated at all critical points on the well pad.
0508570019 2016-02-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day Pioneer Rig 71 was on the well site actively drilling. The site appeared to be in satisfactory condition. Erosion and sediment controls are in place and functioning properly. Preliminary Restoration for this site has passed.
1034954466 2015-12-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day Pioneer # 71 had ran the 9.625 casing string and Calfrac was on site and had cemented the casing. Cement job was successful producing 200 barrels of cement to surface.
1084125673 2020-3-19 0:00: PW No Violations 0.20
1222117619 2015-10-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Rocky Mountain had reached a total depth of 110. The 26 conductor was ran inside a 32 open hole to a depth of 110. Stingray Cementing was on site to cement the casing with 275 sacks of Class A cement. Cement to surface established.
1422598681 2018-05-07 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 30 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 0 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
1547443016 2015-12-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Pioneer Rig 71 is currently drilled the 8.5 open hole section @ 16,782 and plans to reach total depth in a few days. Once total depth is reach the 5.5 production casing will be ran and cemented.
2021793464 2017-11-29 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. There are gas processing units on this site. The production area currently contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records for this well are current in RBDMS to 2017.
