0375793948 | 2017-10-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records for this well are current to 2017 within RBDMS. |
0769731497 | 2016-02-04 | Surface Facility Construction | No Violations | Today I was on site with Anthony Carson of the engineering group. We were discussing plans to remediate the site. The operator has decided to do a final restoration on this site instead of drilling it. |
0924238160 | 2016-01-21 | Surface Facility Construction | No Violations | On this day I was accompanied by Emergency Responder Josh S. Josh and I were reviewing the slip area that is to be remediated. Operations on this pad are on hold until the slip area is approved by the engineering section. |
1039949831 | 2016-01-19 | Surface Facility Construction | No Violations | On this day I was accompanied by Inspector Jim Nicholson. Jim and I were reviewing the slip area that is to be remediated. Operations on this pad are on hold until the slip area is approved by the engineering section. |
1401921653 | 2018-08-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a three-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing gauge read 120 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Separator, Gas Processing unit and four 400-barrel production fluid tanks, and a 50-barrel produced water tank shared with the other producing wells on the well pad. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. |
1464269397 | 2016-05-23 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | H&P rig 628 drilled the 17.5 open hole to a depth of 1632. The 13.375 casing was ran and cemented to total depth. Stingray Cementing was on site and cemented the casing with 1390 sacks of Class H cement with cement returns to surface. |
1818181354 | 2018-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 280 pounds on between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 225 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017. |
2129801282 | 2018-07-31 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary restoration status check inspection found the area affected by the well pad construction has erosion control in place and vegetation established, the well pad surface and lease road are of stone construction and are in good repair. The entry point of the well pad is gated and locked with proper well site identification posted at the entry point of the lease road. There is an earthen berm established around the well pad and the company is controlling any collected surface water from rain events. There are a total of 6 wells on the pad that are in production at this time. The company has emergency shut down master control buttons and fire extinguishers place at all critical points on the well pad. The well head assembly consists of a lower B section and upper A section along with a production tree assembly. There are riser pipes with valves and manual pressure gauges attached to the A & B section that is allowing the company to monitor annular pressure. The pressure on the A section which monitors the pressure between the 13.375 diameter surface casing and 9.625 diameter intermediate casing string is currently 300 pounds per square inch (psi) and the pressure on the B section which is the pressure between the 5.5 diameter production casing and the 9.625 diameter intermediate casing is 450 pounds pressure. The 5.5 diameter production casing internal working pressure is 1000 psi and the production flowline pressure is 500 psi. There is an emergency shut down master control device on the production flowline downstream from the production tree manual control valves. There is a total of 6 gas processing units on the well pad one for each well. On the back right hand corner of the well pad is the production fluid storage tank farm consisting of (4) steel construction 400 barrel tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. The company was notified that the permit numbers posted on the # 1 though # 4 well heads were incorrect. |
