1048456255 2017-06-07 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection the well appeared to be in the flow back phase. The well was connected to a sand separator and a 500 barrel fluid holding tank. The tank battery consisted of four 400 barrel production fluid holding tanks and gas processing units. Also on site, were eight 500 barrel fluid holding tanks that were just on the left of the pad as I entered. They did not appear to currently be in use at this time.
1120649150 2018-04-23 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures readings supplied by the company were 330 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 372 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
1449770108 2015-12-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day First Class had reached a total depth of 600. The 18.625 conductor was ran inside a 24 open hole to a depth of 569. was on site to cement the casing with 1000 sacks of Class H cement. Cement to surface established.
1546524996 2019-01-03 Production Wells No Violations On site inspection found the lease road and well pad surface to be stone construction and in good repair, there is no earthen berm around the well pad. A gate is present across the lease road and signage is posted at the lease road entry point and at each well head. There are 2 wells present on the pad producing through tubing heads and choke manifolds with (2) 500 barrel production tanks present to service the choke manifolds. Annular pressure monitoring is in place. The production facility consists of (4) steel 400 barrel capacity tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. 2 line heaters are also present inside the production facility containment.
1921070467 2015-12-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Express Energy had reached a total depth of 100. The 30 conductor was ran inside a 36 open hole to a depth of 100. Express Energy was on site to cement the casing with 275 sacks of Class A cement. Cement to surface established.
2061456306 2018-08-23 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was currently using flow back equipment including a sand trap and choke manifold system, the sand trap was connected to 1 500-barrel mobile fluid storage tank. There were 3 additional 500-barrel mobile fluid storage tanks on location. The well head was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place but had no digital readouts available for reference, there were annular pressure bleed down lines on both the 9.625-inch diameter casing, and 13.375-inch diameter casing, at the time of my inspection the 9.625-inch diameter casing valve was closed, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing valve was open and flowing through a choke manifold. There was also a tank vault near the well head containing hydrate inhibitor. Production equipment included a gas processing unit and 4 400-barrel production fluid tanks that were shared with the other wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks and gas processing units. Identification tags were present, and production reports were current.
