0832009316 2018-05-07 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be equipped with a plunger artificial lift technology system. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 520 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 1500 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
0921972984 2018-08-07 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well pad surface and lease road has a gravel surface and is in good repair. There are 3 wells present on the pad all in production. The said well is equipped with a lower A section and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes present at the well head and equipped with valves and manual pressure gauges to monitor annular pressure. The 13.375 x 9.625 diameter casing pressure was 550 pounds per square inch (psi) the 9.625 x 5.5 diameter casing pressure was 1250 psi. The 5.5 diameter production casing internal working pressure was 300 psi and the production flow line pressure was 500 psi. The well is equipped with production tubing and artificial lift technology. There is a single gas processing unit on location. At the right rear corner of the well pad is the production fluid facility consisting of 4 steel construction 400 barrel capacity production tanks located inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is also a Mark West midstream station at the left front corner entry point of the well pad. Fire extinguishers and emergency shut down control points are present at all the critical areas of the well pad.
1322039251 2015-12-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Vegetation has been established at this well site. Erosion and sediment controls are in place and functioning properly. Preliminary Restoration for this site has passed.
1433221711 2015-05-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations
1434115685 2015-06-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Operator failed to get cement returns back to surface during the 9.625 cement job. A temperature log and then a cement bond log was run to determine the top of cement. Bond log showed competent cement and company was permitted to continue drilling.
1533945163 2015-06-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day Patterson rig 538 is picking up their 17.5: hammer bit to begin drilling their 18.625 shoe track. They will continue to drill the 17.5 open hole to total depth and set 13.375 casing.
1878204645 2015-06-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson 538 had been down with mechanical issues. They were back to drilling the last portion of their curve. They will land the curve and pick up other directional tools to finish the lateral.
1941524036 2017-10-19 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains four 400-
