0430278947 | 2018-08-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 4-string casing design and was in normal production. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on both the 9.625-inch diameter casing gauge read 1365 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter casing gauge read 405 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included an individual Gas Processing unit, and 6- 400-barrel production fluid tanks shared with the other producing wells on the pad. The well pad and all equipment were within earthen containment with secondary containment around the production tanks. There was also a large line heater on location and foam and defoamer tanks near the well head. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tag were present, and production was current. |

0730502870 | 2014-11-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection Well Service Group had drilled the 36 open hole and 30 casing was ran and cemented. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted. |
0841665057 | 2018-08-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well pad surface and lease road has a gravel surface and is in good repair. There are 6 wells present on the pad all in production with identification posted at each well. The said well is equipped with a lower A section and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes present at the well head and equipped with valves and manual pressure gauges to monitor annular pressure. The 13.375 x 9.625 diameter casing pressure was 776 pounds per square inch (psi) the 9.625 x 5.5 diameter casing pressure was 1,338 psi. The 5.5 diameter production casing internal working pressure was 1,800 psi and the production flow line pressure was 1,086 psi. The well is selling off the 5.5 production casing. There are 4 gas processing units on location along with a large glycol heater. At the left front corner of the well pad is the production fluid facility consisting of 6 steel construction 400 barrel capacity production tanks located inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is also a midstream station at the rear of the well pad. Fire extinguishers and emergency shut down control points are present at all the critical areas of the well pad. The well pad perimeter is protected by an earthen berm. |
