0002709716 2018-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 4-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and gas processing unit, there was also a dehydration system with 2 phase separator and glycol injection on location. There are three 400-barrel production fluid tanks shared with all producing wells on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shut Down devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
0301500361 2014-10-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Patterson 284 drilled a 22x 500 open hole and set 491 of 18.625 (87.5#/lb) surface casing. Baker-hughes is onsite to cement the casing using Class H (15.6ppg; 1.2 yield). Well has a 30x100 conductor and a 24x239 mine string previously cemented. Rig did not get cement back to surface. They did a top off job but had set two baskets. Inspector Andrew Corder requested a bond log and it was provided to him.
0574312621 2014-10-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the date of inspection I was informed by Jaime Lopez that the Patterson 284 rig had drilled a 17.5 inch hole to a depth of 2232 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew set 13.375 inch, 61.00lbs/ft casing to a depth of 2232 feet. The Patterson 284 rig circulated on hole to get casing to bottom. Baker Hughes pumped 1657sk of Class A, 15.6ppg, 1.18 yield cement. Additives included PR NE-1, FP-6L, 0.5% SF, 0.25% CC, 0.3% BA. Baker Hughes displaced cement with 339bbl of fresh water, bumped plug, floats held. 40bbl of cement returned to surface and stayed at surface while I was on site. Four centralizers were installed on casing.
0938374228 2014-09-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations HAD drilling drilled a 36x100 open hole and set 30x100 of conductor casing at 118.75#/ft. O-tex cemented the casing using 310 sacks of class H cement (15.6ppg; 1.2 yield). 74bbl of water used to displace cement to surface. Rig was still running casing upon arrival to site. Cement returned to surface.
1119457828 2017-09-07 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing without any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to three 400 barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1411491627 2014-09-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Onsite to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. Precision augered a 100x36 open hole and set 100x30 conductor pipe. Otex cemented the casing back to surface using 310 sacks of class H (15.6 ppg; 1.2 yield). 50% excess was ran in the hole. Cement additives were 2% CaCl2 and .25#/sk celloflake. Good returns to surface. Still welding pipe upon arrival to job.
1412619885 2014-10-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Accompanied Inspector Andrew Corder to pad to check status of operations. Company is drilling ahead with their 17.5 hole at 1386.
1462024809 2016-01-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day I inspected the pad to review the preliminary restoration. On site there was an Ascent employee working with the fluid separators. The site was in appeared to be in satisfactory condition and proper erosion and sediment controls in place. The preliminary restoration for this site is passed.
1608069835 2019-7-17 0:00: PW No Violations 0.50
1830208281 2018-03-14 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains three 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 0 pounds on between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 0 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing . The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
233478955 2020-3-3 0:00:0 PW No Violations 0.20
