1526267108 2018-08-07 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well pad surface and lease road has a gravel surface and is in good repair. There are 6 wells present on the pad all in production. The said well is equipped with a lower A section and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes present at the well head and equipped with valves and manual pressure gauges to monitor annular pressure. The 13.375 x 9.625 diameter casing pressure was 50 pounds per square inch (psi) the 9.625 x 5.5 diameter casing pressure was 300 psi. The 5.5 diameter production casing internal working pressure was 400 psi and the production flow line pressure was 374 psi. The well is equipped with production tubing and artificial lift technology. There is 2 gas processing units on location. At the right rear corner of the well pad is the production fluid facility consisting of 4 steel construction 400 barrel capacity production tanks located inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is also a Mark West midstream station at the right front corner entry point of the well pad. Fire extinguishers and emergency shut down control points are present at all the critical areas of the well pad.
