0214911861 2018-06-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that was open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the intermediate casing gauge read 1073 pounds per square inch, the surface casing gauge read 426 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included an individual Gas Processing unit. Shared production equipment included a dehydrator, 2 phase separator, contact tower, and 3- 400 barrel purge tanks shared with 34013208450000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
0240280433 2015-08-18 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The site was evaluated to confirm that proper vegetation and erosion controls had been established and maintained. This site has passed the preliminary restoration.
0814157090 2015-06-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The curve section of this well has been landed and the company is currently drilling @ 11242 in the lateral section of the well. The 5.5 casing will be cemented into the 8.5 open hole once total depth is reached.
0932096331 2014-11-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection Well Service Group had drilled the 26 open hole and ran 24 welded casing. Baker Hughes cemented the casing. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
1017766917 2015-07-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson rig 296 is currently laying down drill pipe to begin running their casing.
1092650037 2017-09-14 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing without any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to three 400 barrel production fluid holding tanks. Frontier was also preforming pipeline construction on the outer parameters of the location during my inspection. Production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1173356362 2018-04-18 Production Wells No Violations Accompanied Belmont County Inspector Andrew Corder, Reference his Report for further details
1221613677 2018-04-18 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains three 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 535 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 1093 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
1412871002 2014-10-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection well service group had drilled the 36 open hole to total depth and 30 casing was ran and cemented. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
