The pad is in satisfactory condition with proper erosion and sedimentation controls in place. Company shall continue to monitor the location to ensure the pad remains in satisfactory condition. Preliminary restoration passed.
1283503831 2018-06-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that was open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the intermediate casing gauge read 750 pounds per square inch, the surface casing gauge read 220 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Separator, Gas Processing unit, 4- 400 barrel purge tanks, and a 50 barrel produced water tank shared with 34013208230000, 34013208240000, 34013208850000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
1407206360 2014-08-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection Lightning Energy had drilled the 36 open hole and 26 casing was ran and cemented. See Cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
1994435375 2014-09-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson 253 is getting ready to resume drilling the 8.5 hole at 7777. Calfrac cemented in the 9 5/8 casing over the weekend using 592 sks of class A lead cement (13.5ppg; 1.55 yield) and 1314 sks of class H (15.8ppg 1.15 yield). Top of cement is at 1692, 483 into the 13 3/8.
