1554739820 2019-04-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection to document that the well appears to of been spudded back in 2014 and 100 of conductor only set, the well drilling was never complete. The # 2 and #4 wells on the pad that have been drilled, completed and produced and are now isolated while an additional 3 well were drilled identified as the # 1-#3 &#5 wells. Crews are moving in to conduct the completion drill out on these 3 wells.
1918329486 2014-07-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the date of inspection I was informed by Rice Energy Company Man Joe Murray that Well Service Group had drilled a 100 foot deep hole with a diameter of 30 inches. Well Service group then set a 100 foot conductor pipe to bottom. Appalachian Well Services Inc. established circulation in hole and then pumped 160sk of Class A 3%CaCl cement with a weight of 15.6ppg and yield of 1.2 in hole. Cement stayed at surface while I was on site. Mix water was field tested at a pH of 6 and chloride level of approximately 50ppm.
