1427825978 | 2015-03-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I performed a status check on this well in response to a complaint # 4973. The complaint was of a digging like sound being heard in an Alledona residence. Please see complaint for physical address and phone number. During my site visit no drilling activity was taking place and the operator was preparing to skid Sidewinder #60 to the next well. Following my visit to the well site, I visited the residence of the complaint. Notes were taken and the division is currently assessing the complaint to determine if the exploration of oil and gas could be related to the allegations. |

2146740518 | 2018-08-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well pad surface and lease road has a gravel surface and is in good repair. There are 3 wells present on the pad all in production. The said well is equipped with a lower A section and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes present at the well head and equipped with valves and manual pressure gauges to monitor annular pressure. The 13.375 x 9.625 diameter casing pressure was 500 pounds per square inch (psi) the 9.625 x 5.5 diameter casing pressure was 2,000 psi. The 5.5 diameter production casing internal working pressure was 100 psi and the production flow line pressure was 800 psi. The well is equipped with production tubing and artificial lift technology. There is a single gas processing unit on location. At the right rear corner of the well pad is the production fluid facility consisting of 4 steel construction 400 barrel capacity production tanks located inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is also a Mark West midstream station at the left front corner entry point of the well pad. Fire extinguishers and emergency shut down control points are present at all the critical areas of the well pad. |
