0527352002 2013-11-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the conductor string being set. See cement ticket. No violations noted.
0617990471 2015-08-12 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection the well appeared to have all equipment to be considered capable of production. The site was evaluated to confirm that proper vegetation and erosion controls had been established and maintained. This site has passed the preliminary restoration.
0767384578 2013-12-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Patterson was drilling ahead. No violations noted.
1386946093 2018-11-27 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found (4) wells present on the location that are in production. The said well is equipped with a lower A and upper B section well head assembly with a 2 diameter riser pipe attached to the B section service outlet port. The riser pipe is equipped with a valve and gauge that reads 1,800 pounds pressure on the 9.625diameter casing .The tin horn cellar has been back filled with gravel and no riser pipe is present to monitor the 13.375 casing well head A section pressure. The 5.5 diameter casing outlet port is not equipped with a gauge. The production tree flow line pressure before the choke is 1,100 pounds pressure There is well identification posted. There is (3) gas processing units present on location. The production fluid storage facility consists of (4) steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrels fluid volume each, the tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. On 11/29/2018 I spoke with the companys production foreman who indicated the company has contractors scheduled to add the additional riser pipes to the 2 wells on the pad missing the 13.375 riser pipes. Also discussed was the need for identification tags on the riser pipes. I was also informed the company is recording all annular pressures daily on their producing wells and has data available to trend pressure on the 9.625 diameter casing well head section. I was informed by Mr.Ellinder that the company would atttempt to lower the pressure and continue to monitor it.
1726092095 2017-09-06 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing without any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to four 400 barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1791769930 2019-7-11 0:00: PW No Violations 0.30
1897895064 2018-04-18 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 2013 pounds on the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. There was no pressure rating gauge on the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing string annulus. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
