The contaminated rock was removed and put into roll off boxes to be properly disposed of. Under the rock, the pad had been soil cemented and appeared to adequately contain the liquid. All areas were restored.

2014881723 2018-07-09 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 45 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing gauge read 50 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and Gas Processing Unit. There were also 5- 400 barrel stock tanks and a 500 barrel stock tank inside of a containment barrier. There was also a 50 barrel produced water beside the gas processing unit. Also on location was a small storage container with an compressed air unit. Stock tanks were all shared with 34013207160000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
