0570116490 2013-07-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Express Energy was drilling the conductor hole. They were @ 50 and would be setting conductor @ 100. No violations noted.
0734818647 2019-03-06 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found 3 wells present on the pad. All 3 are producing with artificial lift installed. Annular pressure monitoring is installed on the well head A&B sections. Proper well identification is posted. The well production field man on site said they have shut the well in for militance and will blow down the tubing this afternoon in attempt to evacuate an obstruction in the tubing, possibly sand. Production equipment on location includes (3) gas processing units and a production fluid storage area that consists of (5) 400 barrel and one 500 barrel steel tanks, all situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. This is an early pre construction rule pad, the pad perimeter does not contain an earthen berm and there is a single sediment pit on both the East and West side of the pad surface.
0743279455 2017-12-11 Production Wells No Violations The well is currently equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing currently with no artificial lift technology in place. The tank battery contains four 400-barrel production fluid storage tanks and a 500 barrel fluid storage tank. The production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1322466473 2015-01-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The preliminary restoration for this well is completed. The pad is in satisfactory condition with proper erosion and sedimentation controls in place. Company shall continue to monitor the location to ensure the pad remains in satisfactory condition. Preliminary restoration passed.
1335074406 2018-05-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that was open flowing with all valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625 inch diameter casing gauge read 490 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Separator, Gas Processing unit and line heater. There are 4- 400 barrel purge tanks and a 500 barrel purge tank shared with 3401320708, 3401320709. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
1623009467 2013-07-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Stingray cement the 26 conductor in a 32 open hole. See ticket for details. No violations noted.

1729753898 2013-10-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Nomac 311 was drilling @ 14,202 ft. No violations noted
1750369687 2017-07-10 Production Wells No Violations The well is currently equipped properly to be considered capable of production. The well appears to be free flowing currently with no artificial lift technology in place. The well is piped over to a gas processing unit and then routed to sale and to the tank battery. The tank battery contains four 400 barrel production fluid storage tanks and a 500 barrel fluid storage tank. The production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1825799985 2014-07-30 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection the wells were equipped with the necessary equipment to be capable of production. No violations noted.
1874619131 2020-2-26 0:00: PW No Violations 0.30
1918731051 2018-04-17 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains five 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks and one 500-barrel fluid holding tank. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 0 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 400 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
