Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625 inch diameter casing gauge read 300 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a separator, Gas Processing unit, line heater, and 6- 400 barrel purge tanks shared with 3401320687, 3401320681. Pressure release lines had been installed on annular casings. Identification tags were present and production was up to date.
