0935468669 2018-09-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing, and 2.875-inch diameter tubing with a plunger lift system. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 800 pounds per square inch, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing gauge read 90 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Separator, Gas Processing unit and 3 400-barrel production fluid tanks, and a 500-barrel condensate tank shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.

The said well does have artificial lift technology installed on the production tree. The 5.5 production casing pressure is 750 pounds. Annular pressure monitoring is installed on the well head A&B sections. There is 3 gas processing units present on the pad. The production facility consists of (3) 400 barrel and one 500 barrel steel production tank situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. Proper well identification is installed on the well head with hazard warning labels on the tank battery. The well pad and lease road surface is stone construction and in good repair, the well pad perimeter is protected by an earthen dike.

Initial findings indicated a mechanical failure of the coil in the in line heater. The quantity of the dispersal is unknown at this point and will be updated as clean up efforts commence. This dispersal did not appear to have any environmental concerns. The surrounding areas will be examined and monitored to confirm initial findings. The company is required to clean up all effected area and dispose of the materials properly. No negligence found on the companies behalf. No violations noted.
