0418733858 2018-09-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing, and 2.875-inch diameter tubing using a plunger lift system. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing gauge read 250 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Separator, Gas Processing unit and four 400-barrel production fluid tanks, and a 50-barrel produced water tank shared with the other producing wells on the well pad. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
1364966309 2017-05-11 Final Restoration No Violations The final restoration for this well is complete as the well has been plugged. The restoration for the well site pad disturbance area is required to be remediated once all other wells on this pad are plugged. Final restoration passed.
2005004618 2015-08-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection the well appeared to have all equipment to be considered capable of production. The tank battery contained four 400 barrel production fluid storage tanks. The site was evaluated to confirm that proper vegetation and erosion co
