0588170657 2018-09-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing with a plunger lift system. Annular pressure monitoring was in place the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a sand trap, Line Heater, Gas Processing Unit. There were also 5- 500-barrel steel production fluid tanks inside secondary containment, that were shared with the rest of the producing wells on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was current in RBDMS.
0765265427 2016-05-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day I visited this pad to perform a preliminary restoration inspection. The pad appeared to be in satisfactory condition. Vegetation has been established and the erosion and sediment controls appear to be functioning properly. Preliminary restoration for this site has passed.
0845779104 2019-02-07 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found 8 wells present on the well pad, all 8 are set up with artificial lift technologies and have annular pressure monitoring in place. The well pad and lease road surface are stone surface construction and in good repair. There are 8 gas processing units on location. The production facility consists of (5) 500 barrel capacity steel tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area.
0965705587 2012-06-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Stopped by drill rig for update they were reaming bit back to bottom@6850 and according to consultant they will be ready to run 8.625 later this week.
1130537457 2012-07-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Stopped by drill site for update they were drilling lateral section of well@13,719 and company rep stated they would possibly be at total depth later this evening and possibly be ready to run 5.5 production casing later this week.
1132581855 2019-02-07 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation established and erosion control in place. The well was plugged back and is producing as 3401320660-0100.
