0485061922 | 2013-01-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | I spoke with the owner and operator of this well Kim Cecil. He informed me that the well was being sold to Rice Energy and paperwork was being finalized. He also stated that his production records would be up to date very soon. All violations will be resolved at that time. |
0547084406 | 2017-06-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | A follow up inspection was conducted and well remains in the same condition as it was in the last inspection. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, tubing, and rods. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production fluid holding tank, a brine storage tank, and a mechanical separator. Production records have still not been submitted since 2004. |

0613848498 | 2018-05-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well appeared to be equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2-inch diameter tubing, and 1.3-inch diameter rods. There was a National pumping unit that was attached to the rods. There was a motor on the pumping unit. There was a belt present on the motor but it was not connected. The valve on the production flow line was in the closed position. There was vegetative growth around the well. The production area contained one 100-barrel production fluid holding tank, a vertical mechanical separator, and a charting box. The RBDMS system shows production records in 2004. There have been no production records shown in RBDMS after that year. Photos were taken on the day of my inspection. |
1024496024 | 2018-11-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | Follow up inspection to Chief Orders # 2017-356 & 2014-138 along with violation # 1857193316 found the well equipped with 4.5 diameter production casing and 1.9 inch production tubing with casing and tubing well heads present. The well heads are equipped with 2 diameter production flow lines with check and shut off valves present in line, the shut off valves are in the closed position. The well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit, also noted is the electrical drive motor has been removed. On location in proximity to the well head is the production facility consisting of a single 100 barrel fiberglass production tank along with a mechanical separator and gas sales meter. All valves are closed at the production separator and meter. No production has been reported to the Division since 2004. |
1427324938 | 2016-06-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | An inspection was conducted as a follow up for the bonding and surety section. The well does not appear to be equipped properly to provide domestic gas. The well status remains the same from the previous inspection. |
