Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1527600454 2018-05-29 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing. Inside the production casing is 2-inch diameter tubing. The area between the 2-inch and 4.5-inch casing is open. The production area contains one 100-barrel production fluid holding tank with no other production associated equipment present. The production area is diked. The production records within the RBDMS system shows no production has been submitted. The divison complete a further evaluation of this well. Photos of this well and production area were taken on this day.
1528266703 2018-04-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, flow line was disconnected between well and tank, and had a hole on dump line. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with tubing head, tubing was no longer there and well was open to atmosphere. Identification tags were not present, production had never been reported.
1554224864 2019-04-02 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found 4.5 diameter casing present above ground level elevation at the well head. The casing was standing open to the atmosphere with no production tubing inserted into the 4.5 production casing, no obstructions could be seen in the tubing from surface. The 4.5 casing head was present however the flow lines and tubing slips have been removed. The flow line that ran between the well head and production facility area is still present however the sales meter has been removed. No pumping unit is present in the area of the well. There is a 100 barrel production tank present that appears to be empty. No well owner identification is present at the well head or tank battery. The registered owner of record shows an active bond with the Division under owner number 942. No reported production is present on record associated with the well. No domestic hook up is present or means of production. No environmental issue is noted at the well head or tank battery however there was at one time a earthen pit below the production tank possibly used for fluid discharge, this pit will need closed during the well plugging process. A lease road is present leading past the tank battery and into the open field the well sits in, the road appears to being used by the landowner.
