1538485080 2018-10-01 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing was closed. The 2 inch line off of the 4.5 inch casing was reduced to a 1 inch line with a regulator and had an open valve. The 1 inch line was plumbed into the tank battery location and connected to two gas meters and a regulator. The tank battery location was comprised of one 100 BBL tank and one 50 BBL tank. There was a 2 inch line that had been disconnected from the production equipment. The tank battery was diked and had signage. I spoke with landowner Eric Overly, who purchased the property containing the well and production equipment. Mr. Overly stated that the well was supplying domestic gas to his residence at 2224 Dewey Road and the next door residence at 2276 Dewey Road. No violations observed at the well or tank battery location.
2141641519 2016-08-11 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I, along with DOGRM Inspector Flemming, met with the landowner, Mrs. Glenda Dougherty, and inspected the existing well elements as part of an exempt domestic well pre-transfer evaluation. At the time of our inspection, we observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system located in an open yard area east of the existing farmstead. Connections and fittings at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was located 200 feet to the north. There were two metered domestic supply connections from the separator . Inspection of the tank battery area revealed the following; one 100-barrel steel production tank , one 50-barrel steel brine tank., and horizontal separator. The well was not in production at the time of this inspection, although Mrs. Dougherty confirmed that both she and her son, who lives next door, were receiving domestic gas from the well. The landowner indicated that she does not wish to keep the tank battery system. I spoke with Joe Forristal of Forristal Pumping on 08/12/2016, and he indicated that he would remove the battery elements as soon as he could mobilize the equipment.
