1485357231 2017-01-05 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations My inspection of this well found there was a fully equipped plunger lift unit well. The landowner is using the gas from the well to supply gas to his home and other buildings on the property. I spoke with Robby Boggs, He thought his father in-law owned the well already. I told him he may own the well but he is not registered as the owner with the Division of Oil & Gas. He told me the well is being used for the gas supply for the residence and other buildings on the property. He then told me his father in-law was in a nursing home and his wife now owns the property. Robby told me he would register the well into his wifes name with the Division of Oil & Gas immediately. Note: The well is located on 47 acres of land by the landowner, also the well is over 700 feet from any inhabited structure not on the property
