1264014523 2018-11-14 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well, as part of an investigation for possible referral to the Idle and Orphan Well Program. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing and 2 inch flow line was open. The valve on the casing was open. The well was very overgrown and surrounded with cattails and standing water. No audible or visible leaks were observed at the well location. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a horizontal, mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open but no chart was present on the sales line. The 100 BBL tank was badly degraded and had visible holes about halfway up the tank. Old stained soil was present at the base of the 100 BBL tank. No staining was observed outside of the tank battery. The tank battery was partially diked. No identification was present at the well or tank battery locations. The lease access was stable and used for farm access.
