0534417466 2014-03-04 Production Wells No Violations My inspection is in reference to complaint number 4371. My inspection found the 8 5/8 casing is plumbed 2 above ground. The 4.5 production casing is plumbed 10 above ground and the 2 tubing is 12 above the 4.5 casing. The valves on the wellhead are shut in. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL storage tank. The bottom of the tank is rusted and is collapsing on one side. The lease road and the tank battery are over grown with vegetation. The well will be submitted to the orphan well program.
1202975603 2018-03-23 Orphan No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well, associated with complaint number 4371. The 8 5/8 inch casing was plumbed 2 feet above ground. The 4.5 inch casing was plumbed 10 feet above ground and the 2 inch tubing is 12 inch above the 4.5 inch casing. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank. The bottom of the tank was rusted and collapsing on one side. The lease road and the tank battery are over grown with vegetation and no dike surrounded the 210 BBL tank. This well was idle and will be referred for further administrative action.
