Well has 4.5 head on 5.5 casing and is leaking gas at 10% lel. Old production lines and a 50 barrel tank on site. Open drilling pit needs closed. Heavily wooded area and wet. Berea well 700 in depth. Well has not produced since 1960s.
1165849126 2015-04-08 Production Wells No Violations There is the remains of a rusted well head on the production casing. The well is open at the surface and has been stripped. There is a faint odor of gas coming from the well. Bond was forefeited on the well and it was referred to the orphan program. The well has not been plugged. Access to the location with equipment will be difficult. The area is swamp with woods and dense underbrush. There are 2-100 Bbl tanks at the entry and 1-50 Bbl tank near permit 2-1983.

1694946353 2018-03-15 Production Wells No Violations There is open 5.5 inch casing in the well above grade. There is a gas odor above the well. There is an electric pole, open pit and flowline at the well location. There are 2-100 barrel tanks at the road entry and a 50 barrel tank north of this well. Ben Harpster of the Orphan program requested inspection of the well following an inquiry from the landowner, Dan Stapp. Harold Moravy of the Division previously worked on an orphan file for this well in 2005 following Chiefs Order 88-01 and enforcement case 89-A16. Ben stated he would check the orphan records for the file.
