1007818718 2018-03-15 Production Wells No Violations There is open 4.5 inch casing in the well. There is flowline and a broken electric pole at the location as well as an old pit. There are 2-100 barrel tanks at the road entry and a 50 barrel tank near 2-1983. Ben Harpster of the Orphan Program requested inspection following an inquiry by the landowner, Dan Stapp. Following Chiefs Order 88-01 and enforcement case 89-A16, the well was referred for Orphan plugging. Harold Moravy of the Division referenced an orphan case file in 2005. Ben stated he would check the Orphan records for the file.
1429723059 2015-04-21 Production Wells No Violations There is a well head on the production casing. The well is stripped and the production casing is open. No gas was detected around the well. The bond was forefeited on the well and it was referred to the orphan program. The well has not been plugged. There are 2-100 Bbl tanks at the road and 1-50 Bbl tank in the woods near permit 2-1983.
