1968546970 2015-04-15 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing. The well is not in prodution. The location is not being tended. Trees are grown up around the well and pump jack. There is no ID at the well. There is an old, riveted style tank near the well. The 2 inch fitting on the tank bottom is leaking. The tank may be 3/4 full of fluid based on tapping the side and feeling temperature differences of the metal. There is no way to get on the tank to check it. There is a pickup line from the tank hanging over the road ditch. The well is adjacent to SR 302. The pipe has been struck by ODOT mowers. If the tank fails, it will empty to the road ditch. The orphan program manager was contacted about possibly getting the tank emptied. An ID sign on the tank indicates Mac Oil and Gas Company as the owner and FW Eickelberry as the operator. The ID is significantly worn and the tank is rusty. There is no power to the pump jack.
