1521734017 2018-03-22 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system. The tubing and casing lines were connected at the wellhead. The tubing valve was closed and the casing valve was open. The flow line to the production equipment was disconnected and capped with a bull plug. The casing line was plumbed to the home located directly south of the wellhead. There was a visible domestic gas connection on the north side of the home. I spoke with Rob Hunter of Brilex about the transfer. Rob said that they use to provide gas to the home from a connection and meter mounted off of the separator. He confirmed that the well is now plumbed directly to the home. He also said that they left a connection in place at the separator as a back up. The tanks and separator are still in use for the Bechtol 1, 2, and 3 wells.

1958996575 2017-10-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system. The lines were connected at the wellhead, but the valves were closed because Brilex was repairing the flow line to the tank. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank, one 30 barrel steel tank and one vertical separator in a shallow earthen dike. Rob Hunter fixed a small gas leak in a line off of the separator while I was there. Correct, legible identification was posted at the wellhead and on the tank, which is shared with permits 3196, 3294 and 3207.
