| Inspection the result of a restoration inspection received by the Department on 06/07/2013.  At the time of inspection the well appears to be drilled and stimulated.  During the inspection it appeared that the Operator was in the process of flowing back to a pit located onsite.  The pit appeared to be in sound condition and had the required 2' of freeboard.  The erosion and sedimentation plan was on site and appears to be implemented as designed and all associated BMPs appear to properly installed and functioning.  The Department suggests the Operator continue to inspect the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure stability of the site is maintained.

| At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production.  The well apparatus, brine tanks, and GPU units located onsite appear to be in sound working condition.  The Department notes that the Operator appears to be in the process of regrading the site in preparation for site restoration.  The erosion and sedimentation plan was on site and appears to be properly implemented as outlined in the plan. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation the well pad area of access road.  The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the site stability in maintained.
