At the time of inspection the well appears to be drilled and stimulated. During the inspection it appeared that the Operator was in the process of flowing back to a pit located onsite. The pit appeared to be in sound condition and had the required 2' of freeboard. The erosion and sedimentation plan was on site and appears to be implemented as designed and all associated BMPs appear to properly installed and functioning. The Department suggests the Operator continue to inspect the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure stability of the site is maintained.
