2501353 Primary Facility 2016-07-14 Site Restoration No Violations Noted nspection in response to a "Well Site Restoration Report" received by the Department on 2/22/2016, at the time of inspection all earth disturbance activities were complete, PCSM BMP’s installed and functioning.
2683850 Primary Facility 2018-01-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection well equipped for production. Brine tank within secondary containment and appears to be structurally sound. Ground snow covered, no E&S issues observed.
