The E&S plan was on site and was properly implemented. The site was temporary stabilized as outlined in the E&S Plan. The Department notes an unlined pit onsite at the time of inspection. No accelerated erosion observed in relation to the access road or well pad area at the time of the inspection.

No accelerated or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The site has been temporarily stabilized and all BMP's appear to be properly installed and maintained. THE Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site on a weekly basis and after precipitation event to ensure E&S in not leaving the site.
2089849 2012-08-03 No Violations Noted Due to lost cement circulation and inadvertent returns in last well on 20” casing, the following work was done to prep the hole for this particular location:

Falcon drilled 6 ¼” hole to 108’. Hole was cleaned out and circulated; Sub-Technical rigged up to pump 120 gal of Hyperflex material to seal off any potential surface fractures. Hyperflex was run through Baker packer set in hole at 55’ GL. No contamination or inadvertent returns were seen near the springs; Wait on Hyperflex for one hour and Falcon will being drilling 26” hole.
