Due to an exceptional rain storm event, there was some noticeable erosion on various spots of the pad, and along the top soil pile. No soil or sediment had left the site. Spoke with Nick Stafieri (Chevron) concerning these conditions, which he was already aware of. He stated they would be addressed asap. No violations noted at this time. |
