| At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production.  The well apparatus and brine tanks appear to be in sound working condition. The site appears to be regraded seeded and mulched however the site does not meet the restoration requirement of 70% uniform vegetative coverage. The Department suggests the operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the site stability is maintained.

Diversion ditches and sed ponds were working as designed. BMPs were adequate. Slopes of pad that had not achieved vegetative cover were hydroseeded. No erosion or sedimentation issues noted. Secondary containment around rig and drilling equipment was adequate. Mr Aucoin was reminded to observe secondary containment during periods of heavy rain to avoid over topping containmnet onto the pad. No violations noted at this time.
